Perched on a hilltop in one of Encinitas’ most beloved neighborhoods, this home was reimagined from the ground up, after the original structure was demolished. Our goal was to create a space that felt timeless rather than brand new — cozy, established, and fully custom. Working closely with our clients, we crafted a warm retreat layered with natural brick, vintage beams, marble, and rich wood textures, balanced by detailed carpentry and modern functionality. The finished product is a dreamy traditional, European-inspired ranch, that feels as though it has gracefully stood on this street for years— and every detail fits this young family perfectly.​​​
